When multiple agents/CSRs need to take action on behalf of a client, it can be tricky to know who's done what, unless detailed notes are carefully taken by everyone involved. This is time-consuming, and can easily be forgotten when things are busy! This feature would provide the agent with a running audit log or timeline of actions recorded both by team members in HQ, and by the client in the policyholder app - for example: "Auto ID cards uploaded to Policy #1234567ABC, by Ryan on 10/5/22 @ 12:22", or "Policy #7654321XYZ dec page viewed by client on 12/31/22 @ 12:00" The anticipated benefits here include enabling anyone viewing the client's Policyholder Profile in GloveBox HQ to easily get up to speed on recent activity, as well as automatically providing improved protection against E&O exposure.
