The "Pay A Bill" button sends customers to the carrier portal where they have to either login or fill out the one-time payment info (name account, etc). This appears to be true regardless of the carrier's integration status with GB. Seems like clicking on this button should present the current bill and options to pay it, ideally inside the GB interface. At minimum, perhaps the policy number and name could autofill.

Thanks Rob Reckard - yep, we also see huge opportunities to save agents' valuable time, by making the billing process a lot smoother, and more integrated.
It's a heavy engineering lift to do the plumbing for each individual carrier (since each of their portals and systems are different), however this is something we're actively discussing to make a reality.
