We're actively looking into a new feature that will make it quick and easy for Agents to invite their Clients to their agency's GloveBox. Stay tuned for more info on this!

Jeremy Thacker: Where would you typically want to be sending clients? To a specific policy? Or just their GloveBox account?

Jason: I think the 'send via text/email on demand' scenario leans more towards a specific policy, ex. 'Where can I find my auto ID cards? Did my new car get added to my policy?'

Although it's not an all-encompassing solution, the general link, https://my.gloveboxapp.com/, should effectively be a link to their GloveBox account...correct?

Jeremy Thacker: Ah, got it - this specific feature is for agents who want to send their clients a invite link to connect to the agency's instance of GloveBox.

We do also have plans for enabling easy sharing of specific policy documents to clients via HQ - keep an eye on this forum, as we'll be adding some of those proposed features from our roadmap here. Great minds! :)
