When looking at a policyholder profile, it is very hard to tell if a carrier was added manually in GB by the policyholder, or if is the policy that was written by the agency. It is easy to tell if is not connected, or if it is an unsupported carrier, but once the carrier has been connected, it is nearly indiscernible, and this would need to be cross checked against actual AMS data which could be very cumbersome for agents. We want them to see ANY outside policies added at a glance. For the below screenshots, one is for a client with AMS data in GloveBox, the other is a non-client GloveBox user. Both have connected carriers, but it is indistinguishable which carrier was added manually. This would be a problem for agencies in the case of clients that connected to carriers for other outside policies, which is where the cross sell opportunities would be most readily identified.
