It would be helpful to have a sandbox version or clickable prototype of the customer-facing app — something interactive we can click through to see how the customer side works. That way, we can guide clients through it more easily, since right now we’re not always sure what they’re seeing or where they’re supposed to go next. This would be easier than having to search through GBU while we are on the phone and have to read through resources or watch videos to figure it out.
