We've just released a brand new feature, named Client Invites, that enables agents to create and setup new client accounts on their behalf - and then invite them to claim it.
Try it out yourself in the Clients tab (look for the "Create New Client" button), and check out the help docs in GloveBox University, here: https://gbu.gloveboxapp.com/knowledge/invite/invite-clients-to-connect-to-glovebox

Aaaand, they're off! We've just broken ground on building this feature, and will post updates here, as we get closer to release :)

Jason: I'd be happy to get in on beta testing for this feature when it's available...

Thanks Ashley! We're actually working on taking this one step further, by allowing you to create and pre-verify GloveBox accounts on behalf of your clients, then invite them to claim it via email/SMS ;) Keep an eye out for this!

We're looking into adding this functionality, which will enable Agents to easily setup their clients' GloveBox accounts on their behalf, and seamlessly invite them to log in when it's ready.
Jeremy Thacker
Jason: That's perfect! I believe I could convince many 'non-tech-savvy' clients to buy-in if it was all setup prior to their involvement, with a simple emailed/texted link that initiates the direct login.
Would a one-time login link, a la Hyatt.com, be an option?
Jason
Jeremy Thacker: Thanks Jeremy! We actually already support single-use invitation links, and use one-time authentication codes sent via email/SMS for signing into GloveBox, both for agents and clients - check out this quick video walkthrough: https://gbu.gloveboxapp.com/knowledge/client-login-experience
Jeremy Thacker
Jason: Yes, that's definitely better than a username/password combo; however, Hyatt takes it a step further and removes the authentication code -- you enter your email on their site, they email a direct sign-on link ('click here to sign in').
I'm happy with the GloveBox process -- not trying to get greedy!
Jason
Jeremy Thacker: Oh right, I see what you mean - Slack offers this authentication method, called the "Magic Link". I've created this as a separate feature request here for you :)
