Generally speaking, the owners of larger agencies are typically not going to be the people actually managing their agency's GloveBox account (i.e. setup, billing, etc.).

This feature would enable owners to delegate these tasks to another person (an Admin), who would be responsible for administering the account config and setup. An Agency would be able to have multiple Admins, but only one Owner.
